This bread is made with a mix of wheat & rye flours, which means it has the distinctive rye flavour without being as heavy as a 100% rye bread. The rye flavour is well complimented by the walnuts. It is made with a walnut paste mixed into the dough as well as pieces of walnuts, so the flavour of the nuts carries through the whole loaf. 

Ingredients: white & wholemeal wheat flours, dark rye flour, walnuts, walnut paste (walnuts, honey, water, butter) water, rye leaven (dark wholemeal rye flour, water), salt. Allergens in bold.

This bread is available in small (400g) or large (800g) sized loaves.
