This rich dense cake doesn't exactly taste of Guinness but the beer adds a rich malty backnote to the cocoa based chocolate sponge. It's not overly sweet but is very delicious, similar to a dark gingerbread but with our the spice, and topped with a vanilla cream cheese icing. 

This is a large (600g) loaf cake. 

Ingredients: Guinness, butter (milk), cocoa powder, caster sugar, sour cream (milk), eggs, vanilla extract, wheat flour, bicarbonate of soda, cream cheese, icing sugar. Allergens see ingredients in bold.
