This is a traditional, yeasted granary tin loaf, made with a mix of white, wholemeal & malted wheat flours. It has a good balance of flavours, a rich dark crust & the extra chewy texture from the malted wheat flakes. Like all our bread, it is made with a very small quantity of yeast,
thereby developing more complex flavours through a longer fermentation
process. We also make this bread as a freestanding loaf, with the addition of seeds to the dough - the '5 Seeded Granary'.
Ingredients: malted wheat flour, wholemeal wheat flour, white wheat flour, water, yeast, salt. Allergens in bold.
This bread is available in small (400g) or large (800g) sized loaves.
