Local honey from Hempnall Honey Co, harvested in June 2023. This honey is from the spring harvest when the bees are foraging mostly on oilseed rape, but also on fruit tree and hedgerow blossoms. It is naturally set and completely raw as we have not used any heat to process it. This year's spring harvest will set completely in the jars to a beautiful smooth creamy set honey with a very pale colour & it has a lovely flavour too. Limited quantities are available so get it while you can!
